I am irritated because PayPal keeps my refund 30 days before returning it to me. I was awarded $26.30 on July 14, and have yet to see it. When I pay for an item, the money comes out of my account in mere minutes. But when it is to be paid to me, I must wait 30 days? If and when I receive it, I will find another way to pay from now on, and delete this account.
