My shipment have been delivered and have tracking number that valid but some scammer told paypal and open case, telling the item not been deliverd the same day he got the item. Now my money on paypal is negative. This guy have been blocked from grailed now.
As long as you have trackable proof of delivery then you should win any dispute for non receipt, make sure you add that tracking number to the transaction / resolution centre.
