Today I made a mistake. I entered $10,000 for a $1000 purchase. A keying error. I noticed almost immediately and issued a $9000 refund. (ot with the Paypal Here app - that locked up of course - always a problem there). Now I read that seller fees on the original transaction are not refundable! So I'm $195 out of pocket instead of $19.50? That's surely not correct. It would be excessive and punitive to say the least. Is there any way I can recover the $175+?
