Refund dispute

Someone on Depop bought something from me. She said the item was not as described so opened up a dispute. She has now said that she will keep the item and re sell it but has escalated the dispute to a claim. She has now deleted her Depop account and I cannot contact her. Help?!

If and only if paypal find in her favour then she normally will have to return the item back to you first before she gets a refund.
