Hi i got reported on Etsy and then it links to Paypal. Which closed my Etsy shop. Etsy require me to close the case as soon as possible by refunding the buyer. And i want to. But then i responded to the dispute without fully refund the buyer (accidentally). And now the case is waiting for buyer reply. But this already take 3 days. I want to fully refund him now to open my shop again. But there is no REFUND word on the case page. Please help, anyway to refund him now and close the case.
