Hello People i really need yout help,

Did my moneyback from paypal

I order a Inpods from China from my wedding and until now i dont receive any the Suppliers is gone and never contact me gain i pay almost 600usd.

I contact my bank and they said they cant do chargeback because i have 3rd party involve which is this Paypal.

And the financial odbumsan and they said i need to make a formal complain to paypal,

Please i need your help 600usd is alot of money

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" and choose the most appropriate option:

 

(Note: the option you choose makes or breaks your claim so choose correctly!)

 

I didn't receive an item i purchased  

The product or service [the entire order] was not delivered to you.

 

I received an item that's significantly not as described  

The product or service was significantly not as described in your order. 

 

I want to report unauthorized activity  

Report suspicious activity, transactions and account changes you didn't authorize*. 

 

I have a billing issue  

Report issues with transaction amount, duplicate charges, refunds or canceled subscriptions.

 

*Meaning someone broke into your account and did something without your permission or knowledge. This does not include paying someone you didn’t know was a scammer or by mistake. Please choose from the first two (2) options for such situations.

 

If you sent payment as friends and family, you won't have the first two (2) options because friends and family payments have no purchase protection, because it is considered a "gift" payment, so no refunds or filing disputes on PayPal, it will get denied. If you paid with credit card, you might want to try and dispute through your card issuer instead, if permitted.

If paid through PayPal guest checkout, look for PayPal receipt email with the receipt ID number at the bottom. Call customer service and provide receipt ID number to open dispute based on the options listed above.

 

If you already filed a PayPal dispute as instructed above and it failed, do as the financial ombudsman recommended, file a formal complaint to PayPal.

Hello thank u so much for ur response i contact my card and they unable to refund or chargeback my money and i spoke with financial Ombudsman Service regarding with this and i need to make a formal complaint for this. unfortunately i used to pay friends/family because that the seller told me and sad because i lost my money and i lost my items too. i felt so devastating now cause i dont have a job and 600usd is alot of money for me. this is disgrace because the items i gonna use it is for my wedding guest gifts now 3months later i still thinking of this and trying to contact the seller but they blocked me and i cannot contact them anymore
