Receiving strange payments

I have been receiving strange small payments without any order attached. I don't know what these are for, and have been refunding them, but this is time consuming. Is there a way to stop these? The amounts are small, like $1.63, $5.72, $11.87, 97 cents.

Man, what's been happening with PayPal? People having funds withdrawn and never did it and you're getting payments. Not only is it time consuming, it's 30 cents a refund.
