So I sold a 3D printer in a group on facebook meant for reselling printers. I have a buyer and I sent him a request for the money I was asking before I shipped it out. I was wondering if I ship the item out, would he be able to get the money he sent back somehow. I did it as money request and just put a note at the bottom saying for 3d printer.

Hi @Camron8218,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, buyers have 180 days to dispute a payment for an Item Not Received, for an Item Not As Described, for a billing issue or for an unauthorised transaction. We do have a Seller Protection policy, though and we are here to cover you! I would recommend shipping the item with a tracked service and to ship the item to the shipping address that you find in the transaction details. Also, I would recommend keeping a copy of the listing you put on Facebook. Also, please make sure that the payment you receive is for 'Goods and Services'.
All information on how our Seller Protection policy works can be found here.
I hope this helps!
Martina
