Hi all, I’m about to sell an item and the buyer wants to pay me via PayPal which i’m fine with. That being said, as the buyer is coming to meet me to collect the item, if he pays with PayPal is my payment as the seller secure and how soon before it shows in my PayPal wallet, or should I be waiting for funds to clear altogether before handing the item over to them? All help I have seen seems to be geared towards the buyer rather than the seller.

I think you would actually get the money first and if there were to be a problem, the buyer can "dispute" or "file a claim" with PayPal on the payment.
