Received payment Not know who sent it and why

Hi,

I have been using paypal very recently and had no complains.

Not a big user to say the truth but intending to launch website soon and paypal should be one method of payment.,

However, I have today two complaints that I believe they have nothing to do with one another.

• Yesterday I was notified by my Bank that Paypal requested 600€ - I did not request this change - I asked for no transaction - why the request?
• Today I received a sum of 470€ from Justin Tay - I believe this is a mistake no working relations with Mr Tay Transaction ID: 5BN51926KX9569408

Can someone check and get back to me as there is something strange
