Can anyone help me with a problem. I received an email from paypal stating that I owed $2.90 for postage that I purchased in mid December. The package was delivered, and I have never had anything like this happen. It also states that i can not print anymore postage until i pay. As a seller on Ebay, this is a problem. I cant get a hold of anyone at paypal. Im waiting for a email from them. Anyone have this problem? Thanks
