I sold a 1957 TELEFUNKEN OPUS 7 Wooden, Tube type RADIO (39 lbs) to a person from Japan. I shipped the radio Priority Express International and added extra insurance. I Tripple wrapped The Radio with Bubble wrap a CARDBOARD. SEALED IT WITH NEARLY A ROLL OF 3M box sealing tape. Shipped it to Japan. And A week later I get pictures of the Radio TOTALLY DESTROYED. It looked like it was dropped and or smashed into. The buyer filed a claim that the item was not as described and now they awarded him his money back Now I am out a $325 Radio and nearly $225 in shipping costs. AND I HAVE NOTHING. WHAT CAN I DO? Who do I talk to. How can I file a counter claim?
