I have an instant transfer out of my bank account linked to my PayPay account which is not showing up on my PayPal account, so there is nothing to dispute & I cannot get ahold of anyone at PayPal to figure out what is going on. Is anyone else having similar issues? Perhaps a hacker in the system?
