Hello,
I wanted to ask the community. I have someone about to request a deposit for a parking spot in Toronto ON. My question is in regards to fraud protection and security. Real estate is not applicable for fraud protection, however I am not sure if a parking spot classifies as real estate. Technically the parking spot counts as a "good" or "service"
Does anyone know the answer to this? Am i protected if this individual turns out to be fraudulent?

I would think that is a service. You're paying to use the parking spot, right? Not right out buying land or a home.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
