I purchased a night vision scope and paid for it thru PayPal but the item was shipped to Fl I live in Ky I m not finding the Invoice ID to track anything but yet I received a notification from PayPal that the item was paid for but I can’t file a dispute or anything the date of purchase is not even showing upon PayPal’s system I don’t know what to do I paid using a CC through PayPal can anyone help me
