I am a self employed single mom of 3 kids . I am in the vacation business in Phoenix . I have been hit very hard with $50,000 - $60,000 in cancelations. This could bankrupt me. I use PayPal exclusively as my company who processes my credit cards. I have a strong rental agreement that clients signed before paying with there credit card. This states no refunds , changes or credits if cancelled with 30 days of arrival. I understand the country is in crises but I cannot refund people’s money as I have paid for my properties 30 days in advance. How do I make sure PayPal protects me in case of chargebacks ?

You need to read up on paypals seller protection then you can know what paypal does and does not protect you for.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. But I have a rental agreement for my business. Does this not protect my business.
