Hello, here I sold a helmet to a Thai at a price of 300 eur. I sent him to the 300 eur declared. the buyer asks me to declare the sale 88eur. I do not want because it is tax fraud. 2 weeks later, he makes a claim of 100 eur on PayPal because the object is not confirmed, he says that it is damaged when I sent him in a near new condition (I have the photos) I paid finally these 100 eur. but I would like him to send me the pictures of the damaged helmet. if he can not send them then I ask PayPal to refund the 100 eur? If yes, how ?
