Preventing chargebacks

Can I prevent, or in any case dispute a chargeback if the payer attaches a description to the payment that he understands there will be no chargebacks

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the PayPal Community. That's a great question! Unfortunately that would not protect you from a chargeback with PayPal. That may help you outside of PayPal, but we would not be able to accept that to apply our Seller Protection.
