Potential ebay buyer scam??

Hi! I had this buyer purchase a pair of brand new airpods from me through ebay. The payment goes straight to my paypal, then he proceeds to ask me if I can ship with UPS or Fedex rather that use the ebay shipping label from USPS. It seems the buyer is based in Ukraine, but I am supposed to ship the item to New Castle DE 19720-4077. After doing some search on the internet there seem to be a lot of scams related to that address. What should I do? Should I cancel the order and refund the money?
