Hi, Can anyone help? If a buyer claims parcel goes missing that was sent 2nd class small parcel, is the reference number and tracking enough to be successful with PayPal seller protection or do you need to use signed for?

You need to send with a tracking number that shows delivery of the item to the buyer and not just proof of postage.

Sorry but this hasn't resolved my question. 2nd class small parcel has a reference number that shows when a parcel is delivered, not just proof of postage. However, it does not require a signature which is why I am unsure if this is acceptable for PayPal
