I need help... I sent an iPhone to a man in Texas. He claims he sent the 400$ through paypal I received sketchy emails. And after a paypal “agent” contacted me through email saying the system had an update and that I needed to buy a gift card In order to get my money refunded..... Has anyone seen this? Is this a scam?
