Possible payment issue

I sold an item on eBay. Payment went through and I printed shipping label with no problem. Last night I received an email from the buyer saying her PayPal was hacked so the payment did not go through. I received another email from her asking me to cancel the order and she will repurchase on a different card. I checked my PayPal account and the payment is there and it looks like there are no issues. My question is, if there was an issue with the payment wouldn't I have been notified by now? I'm not sure if I should ship the item or not. I let there buyer know that I don't see an issue with the payment.
