Hi please help me I’ve been scammed and have had no help from PayPal, I fact they have sided with the scammer. I sold a car on eBay, the buyer paid via PayPal, arranged collection, text me to thank me and said car is as described, I changed the log book to his details, we both left positive feedback, he then has reposted the car and sold it on for a profit. Then he opened a case on PayPal and said he didn’t authorise the payment, PayPal asked me for tracking proof, how can I provide a tracking number? It’s a car! I explained everything and PayPal have sided with him even though I have Texts and positive feedback from him. I think it says something about a chargeback? I don’t know what to do please help me, I’ve got to give him a refund but I haven’t received my car back 😞
