This girl bought one of my items off depop and this is my first time selling. She told me she has paid and i got an email from PayPal saying the payment is on hold and it will appear in my pending balance and be available once my order is fulfilled. However, the payment doesn't seem to appear on my PayPal account under activity?
The email seems legitimate as it uses my full name but it asks me to reply to the email with a valid tracking number and this seems to be fishy because on PayPal it says I should provide tracking under activity in the PayPal account but the transaction doesn't come up on my account for me to do this?
I'm just wondering if this is legitimate or am I being scammed? Is there a time delay for the pending transaction to show up on my account?
