Hey everyone so its a long story but a person bought from me on eBay and sent money on PayPal and it is showing pending, but the guy became very pushy and I then received a email form ebay stating the account that he had been sending me messages was possibly a fraudulent account. I notified the buyer that I didn't feel comfortable with that I have been told, and he is insisting that he paid me. I want to cancel the payment first off I haven't received anything but just don't want to deal with the possibility of sending the product then him cancelling the payment... is that something that can happen at that point?
