i have dispatched article to germnay on 10 oct and i even share reciept of indiapost and package photo with article number CI011748117IN and package even arrived in Germany but buyer has to pay custom tax to get package as it is country rule if inport from other country ; but buyer claimed refund as did not recieve package and paypal refunded money to buyer saying that indiapost reciept is invalid so how ??? i lost my products; lost my money paid for shipping expenses and apart paypal charged me 10€ fees also to settle dispute; look if this paypal make decision so how possible to make transactions with paypal as i always send packages to other countries from Indiapost only , i request paypal to take decision correctly and get my money back , i ask to community is indiapost reciept is invalid????
