Paypal refunded money to buyer who according to tracking received item but said item didn't arrive !
Can anyone advise me on my course of action. i received email from E-bay ay 10.09 am on 20/10/2020 saying I needed to resolve situation with buyer who says that they didn't receive an item i sent despite a full tracking report. by 9.00am (less than 24hrs) on 21/10/2020 my Pay pal account is debited 166. 47 back to the buyer without Pay pal contacting or asking me if there were any details supporting MY CASE. This whole experience is leaving a very unsavoury taste for both E-bay and Pay pal. Any advice or course of action I can take would be appreciated.
