So a buyer didn't bother reading the full item description (a watch strap which I made pains to suggest wasn't 100% - hence only £5), they then made a claim the item was fake. The claim comes from a completely different name to the eBay account - a Russian woman.
PayPal, in their infinite wisdom, decide to issue a refund, when the item in question hasn't been delivered back to me - as far as I can tell it is still in Germany somewhere. Unbelievable. Yet as I do research, PayPal seem to be doing this quite a lot. Seems Seller protection is non-existent.
Preparing to close my account - why should they get another penny from me!
