We sokd an item on ebay, $246, posted it to US from australia, was delayed due to covid, the buyer opened an item nit recieved within 30 days, she won wven though we aooealed and had tracking to show in its way, anyway, she got the money back and the goods. What to do ? Ebay don't help ? Where is the selker protection on paypal, bith useless !

I would say open a ticket with Paypal and make a claim. Provided all details including transcripts between you and the buyer and ebay. Include the tracking number and confirmation it was delivered/received. I would go a step further and reach out to the buyer and see if you can get her to admit she did receive your item. If you get that add that transcript to your claim as well.
