Paypal holding my balance because of random claim, account in negatives

Hello all, Two days ago, i got an email from PayPal saying that the buyer on my most recent transaction filed a claim for a refund. My account now has a negative balance, and I’m afraid it’s going to put a halt on my debit card. I spoke with the buyer and she said she never opened a claim, she also called her bank and they didn’t see any charges or hear anything of it. I left a message at customer support a few hours ago, but I have not heard anything yet. Has anyone had a similar situation and know what I should do? In the meantime I’ve just filed a dispute.
