Paypal case - how to appeal?

Hi there

 

We sold one item to one buyer on eBay. After a few days, buyer opened a case for unauthorized payment of the item. We replied to the case with attaching the post receipt. And the case was closed in our favour. We thought it should be over. However the buyer re-opened the same case with different reason (not as described). And then we lost the case. buyer got the money back and took the item for free. We don't understand how come one buyer can open two cases with two different reasons against the same item (same transaction). 

 

any ideas?
