Funds were fully available, but the refund request was cancelled BY PAYPAL anyway - no explanation. Funds remained in my account (in full) despite repeated further attempts to refund my buyer, but then a few days ago funds were gone - no explanation, no record of where they went on my activity log, no contact from PP. I only know they're being held by PP because Ebay checked and confirmed that. I'm a long term Ebay seller and PP client. It's outrageous. How on earth do I get them to release the funds to my buyer? I have tried contacting via phone (who give me bogus numbers to call), and by 'chat', but get nothing but stock answers - none of which address the actual question.
