Hi, excuse me if this sounds ignorant however has anyone received actual customer service from PayPal? I've been on hold, on the phone, for 20 minutes. The chat bot seems pretty limited and doesn't seem like it is set up to deal with anything outside of what PayPal would want it's customers to present to Paypal. Thus far, it seems, PayPal is supporting Fraud and that may just be the tip of the iceberg... Any thoughts, comments, experiences?
