Not sure how to ask this question. I have an item for sale that someone wants to purchase. They live in another state and want to pay buy paypal. This would be a sight unseen transaction and pretty valuable item (precious jewelry). How can I be assured that once the item is paid for and sent to the buyer, that the buyer will not contact his credit card company to dispute the charge? And if that should happen, and I have already taken the money out of my paypal account, how does that affect me? I am trying to contact Paypal to ask them, but waiting on a call back. I just dont want to make this transaction if it could possibly be a scam deal.
