You probably won't be able to get that money back. Contact customer service to see how the payment was canceled because once a payment is completed, it can't be canceled. It has to be disputed back unless the payment status was unclaimed (with cancel option) or unclaimed past 30 days and was automatically returned back to the buyer.
Always log on to check for payment first, don't just believe emails as wrong ones can be sent by PayPal or even spoofed by scammers.
