PayPal payment review (24 - 72 hour)

I deal in virtual goods and yesterday a guy purchased through my website it was held by PayPal for payment review which is fine.

His account is unverified and he doesn't have a postal address so i have no Seller Protection.

So my question is , does this payment review save me from unauthorized disputes ?
