I ordered kayak, the seller had no contact with me until I disputed it. They then provided a tracking # that was delivered to a town 10 miles away, nowhere close to my address. The package was left in a mailbox and listed under 2 ounces.My kayak weighed 36 pounds. How could PayPal not figure this out and deny my claim???
