Dear PayPal, I am a web hosting seller and received a chargeback case by a customer. I have some questions about your chargeback policy. 1. Now I am seeing my account have negative balance and paypal telling me to add the fund to my account. Now as I told previously I am seller so everday getting new orders via PayPal, so all amounts will be going under the negative amount. Now if I won the case, then you will refund the chargeback amount with my all recent order's amounts which are getting under negative amount?? Another question is if the all the full chargeback fund to my PayPal account, and then if I won the case, then you will re-credit my fund to my PayPal account?? Or not. If yes, then after winning the case, my PayPal fund should be double (my added fund + chargeback fund =2x). Kindly reply, I have some confusion.
