PayPal Invoice Terms and Conditions Binding?

I sold a pretty pricey item that has a lot of tech inside it (battery, motors, bms, esc, etc).

And in the invoice sent to the buyer, stated the following:

"

Tracking and Signature confirmation will confirm delivery of the item.
Item is practically brand new, as it arrived 1 week ago and the board has not been opened or altered by any means.
No refunds or returns will be accepted.
Item will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Chargebacks or disputes opened for this item will be considered fraudulent and buyer agrees to not submit a claim."

If the buyer decides to **bleep** me over and open a dispute that the item never included the following blah blah, would the terms and conditions he agreed to help win the dispute?

Just nervous since this is a pretty expensive item, and don't want to be scammed of the money, and the item.
