Hi all, I sold a $5,400 dollar watch to a buyer. I had printed a USPS eBay label to ship to him but ended up sending it 2 day shipping by UPS. UPS delivered and the buyer personally signed for the item. Buyer filed a paypal claim saying he never received the item. I responded that I had shipped by UPS and lost the case! So I appealed with screenshots of the UPS proof of delivery and tracking number and I get a response from paypal 1 day later denying my appeal because "It was not granted because we did not receive valid proof that the item was delivered to the buyer." What proof do they want??! I also don't see an option to re-appeal. What should I do? It's $5,400. Thanks

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
