Pay Pal is allowing fraudulent vendors to take money from people's credit cards and not following up with refunds or complaints.
I also want to cancel my pay pal account and the serer won't let me,....not direct customer service available. Don't deal with this company.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
