PROBLEM WITH REFUND AND RETURN FROM BUYER

HELLO IM NEW IN THE COMMUNITY.. .HERE IS THE STORY .. I SELL A ITEM IN EBAY AND THE BUYER FEEDBACK ME POSITIVE AND THEN 10 DAYS LATER HE MAKE A CLAIM.. IN THE BEGINING I TOLD HIM IM NOT GONNA ACCEPT RETURNS BUT READING SOME EBAY FORUMS I ACEPT... WHEN THE GUY SEND ME THE ITEM. HE GAVE TO ME A TRACK NUMBER BUT 1 MONTH AFTER THAT INCIDENT.. IN THE TRACK NUMBER THE ITEM NEVER CAME OUT OF THE COUNTRY OF THE BUYER AND THE TRACK SAYS IS RETURNING TO THE BUYER.. IN EBAY IN RESOLUTION CASE SAYS IS DELIVERED THE ITEM BUT I DONT HAVE THE ITEM AND THE TRACK ONLY SHOW THE RETURNING TO THE BUYER.. I WRITE 3 TIMES OF PAYPAL ABOUT IT AND PAYPAL DIDNT ANSWER ME .. PLEASE HELP ME I WANT MY ITEM BACK AND THE BUYER TOOK THE MONEY AND MY ITEM... THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT
