Hello sir I want to tell you I'm doing instagram business. My work is providing likes and doing shoutouts on instagram.Recently my buyer disputed two payments and I clearly told to PayPal my work was completed when he made the payment but I don't know why paypal favour the buyer please review my case carefully.

There is no paypal seller protection for virtual or digital items (if that is what they are), you can sell them but at your own risk.

If they weren't and you want to appeal then you would need to reach out to customer services.

 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
