hello. How can I contact paypal if I dont have to call them?
My English is not very good and when I try to write an email I always get an automatic answer.
My problem:
The customer ordered the goods. Then he created a dispute. I added a tracking number, unfortunately I sent badly wrong. Paypal then closed the dispute and refunded it to the customer.
So the customer received the money and the product for about 240 euros.
I wanted to request a reconsideration, but it did not work because the tracking number has already been added. So I called Paypal, where they fixed this bug and asked me for a confirmation of the takeover. I have earned this confirmation from the transporter, but in the meantime the customer stated that the dispute was resolved. Case is now close, and I can not do anything.
How do i have to proceed?
