Hi I have sold  something  on eBay  it was around  the  second  of April  my buyer  has still  not  paid  me  if have  sent her 3 emails  after  the  last  email  I told  her  I have  still  not  been  paid  so she  says  I am harrasing  her and she doesn't  seem it as her concern  is she right or wrong  really  frustrating

Well you can't force her to pay. File an unpaid item dispute on ebay > get back your FVF fee and relist?
