Negative balance (Case opened against me)

So me and this guy I've known for a while and gained trust with wanted to buy my virtual item 

so I agreed with him on a price and he sent the money to me right away and I sent him the virtual

item. I go onto my paypal today to see -$$$ and a case opened against me. The case is opened for 

"someone authorized a payment without my authorization" which is false because he clearly was talking 

to me on an app while sending it and now I don't know what to do is there anyway I can help my case 

I have some screenshots of the trade going down but I don't know what else to do he has my item 

and might get his money back
