When a customer uses the Guest Checkout and pays using a debit or credit card (without a PayPal account), they have to enter their name. Please can you tell me if the name they enter is verified against the payment method? I.e. Will the payment be declined if the name that is entered on PayPal and the name on the card does not match?
We are having a lot of chargebacks and am looking to find out what kind of checks we can manually do to stop fraudulent payments, as PayPal doesn't seem to do anything to stop them.
