Hi everyone,
I do some work as architectural designs on a website ( arcbazar) , After I won a competition after a long time of work, Then I did withdraw the prize to my paypal account and transferred to my visa card, After transaction finished, I got a message from paypal telling me that the buyer (arcbazar) did not receive what he had bought from you and his money will be reversed from our office(paypal) . So that paypal takes every deposites I do till now to cover my negative balance. I tried tell paypal this website did not or I am not a seller but Architect engineer do designs.
Then paypal creates a case with ID: PP-D-105330582 , I do not know what I can do Pls help
