I have been a victim of fraud. Can someone enlighten me please. I want to know how PayPal can suddenly reverse a refund of £438 that was issued for an item I returned with tracking proof of delivery over 2 months ago! The seller was behaving dubiously throughout the resolution case with short answers and then no communication at all. I even said to the agent at the time that I felt uneasy because the UPS tracking states "Left by back door". Now I have received an email from PayPal stating that I have three days to transfer £438 into my PayPal account so they can take it from me and give it to the seller. I provided proof/tracking details which is why they refunded me so I cant understand why PayPal has reversed it without giving me a reason. I am in shock. This is sickening as I am a trusted seller of over 15 years Never had any issues like this before now.
