It has been more than 21 days since I sold my item and my payment is still on hold. I sold through depop, not ebay. The funds are showing in my account as on hold. I have provided tracking information, and the package was marked as delivered on May 7th. I have received feedback from the buyer; the item arrived exactly as promised. When will my money be released?
